You’ll help customers find the right vehicle while delivering an exceptional buying experience from start to finish.

Requirements

• At least on year automotive sales experience
• Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violation within the past three years and no major violations in the past five years.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Competitive, goal-driven mindset
• Comfortable with CRM systems and basic computer tools
• Organized and self-motivated with strong follow-up skills
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• Professional appearance and positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot
• Conduct needs assessments to match customers with the right vehicle
• Present and demonstrate Chevrolet, GMC, and pre-owned inventory
• Lead engaging test drives and explain key features and benefits
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and pipeline through CRM (VINSolutions)
• Deliver vehicles and ensure a smooth, professional handoff
• Build long-term relationships to generate repeat and referral business
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals (10+ vehicles/month)
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, incentives, and market trends
