The Sales Consultant is directly responsible for selling new and used vehicles at the dealership in a professional manner that is consistent with Route 24 Auto Group’s core philosophies, principles, and values. The gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standard will be set by management. The Sales Consultant will be held accountable to: 1. Support the company mission, realizing that business is built on customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and profitability. Commit to providing best in industry customer service to every customer. 2. Ensure that all company policies, procedures, programs, and strategies are followed and executed effectively. 3. Implement effectively all the duties, responsibilities, and requirements outlined in this job description. 4. Set a professional standard that always reflects favorably on Route 24 Auto Group. 5. Reports any situation or condition that would jeopardize the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its customers or employees to management
