About The Position
Parrots Lab, a video-led digital marketing agency and podcast studio, is seeking a part-time Sales Manager to grow our presence across the Inland Empire and Orange County. The role combines remote flexibility with in-person networking and client meetings.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience with demonstrated ability to close deals.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
- Local knowledge and willingness to attend in-person events and meetings.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute outreach strategies, including cold calling, targeting service-based businesses.
- Build and maintain client lists, starting locally (Redlands) before expanding into the wider region.
- Represent Parrots Lab at networking events, chambers, and business gatherings.
- Present comprehensive marketing solutions (video production, podcasting, social media, funnel building).
- Manage and track sales activity on our CRM.
- Coordinate with the CEO on client onboarding and service delivery.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline progress and relationship outcomes.
