About The Position

D'Addario Buick/GMC/Cadillac is in search of an outgoing, energetic self-motivated Sales Consultant to add to our team. Previous sales experience a plus but not required. Must have excellent communication skills and willing to learn and accept new challenges. Aggressive pay plan that includes salary/commission & qualifying monthly bonuses. Available to work flexible hours & weekends

Responsibilities

Meet and greet customers
Qualify customer to their vehicle needs
Present vehicle and demo ride
Be the vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
