About The Position

Mercedes-Benz of Orange County is looking for a Sales Consultant to join the fastest growing Mercedes-Benz dealership in the tri-state area. We have a very large inventory of New and Pre-Owned vehicles of all makes and models. Applicants must possess excellent customer relationship skills and the ability to follow a professional sales process. Prior auto experience preferred but not required.

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communications
Maintain above average CSI scores

Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner.
Understand and present the full range of Mercedes-Benz vehicles and features.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
Guide customers through the complete sales process — from initial contact to delivery.
Maintain product knowledge on the latest models, technology, and brand innovations.
Achieve individual and dealership sales goals.
Ensure a seamless and luxury-level customer experience, both in-person and digitally.
