About The Position

Xterior Solutions is on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our thriving team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our high-quality roofing and home siding solutions within the Greater Hudson Valley region. As a Sales Representative, you will engage with potential clients, showcasing our products and services while providing exceptional customer support. If you have a passion for sales, a strong working knowledge of the construction industry, and a drive to exceed targets, we want to hear from you!

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in construction or home improvement
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and building relationships
  • Conduct in-home presentations and product demonstrations to illustrate the value of our services
  • Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and contracts to clients
  • Collaborate with project management and installation teams to ensure customer expectations are met
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in our CRM system
  • Provide feedback on market trends and competitive products to assist in the strategy development
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
