Requirements

1+ year of Professional Car Sales experience
1+ year of Customer Service experience (call center, customer support, bartending, server, etc.)
Phone and interpersonal skills
Motivated self-starter with positive energy
Teachable, adaptable, willing to learn
Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Nice To Haves

Experience with SMS/email campaigns helpful
Leadership potential is a plus

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to clients shopping for new and used Toyotas
Create a fun, friendly buying experience both online and in-store
Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text
Guide customers through complimentary services like ToyotaCare, on-demand test drives, and shuttle support
Use best-in-class tech tools to manage sales—from CRM to equity mining systems
Collaborate with team members to hit store goals and deliver smiles
