Requirements

  • Strong communication skills with clear, confident speaking and active listening
  • Work ethic and self-discipline without the need for constant supervision
  • Coachability and the ability to apply feedback quickly
  • Professionalism, including punctuality, personal appearance, and conduct
  • Grit and resilience to push through rejection and maintain momentum
  • Ability to work Saturdays
  • Consistent work history within the past 3 years
