As a Sales Consultant , you’ll serve as a trusted guide to customers—listening to their needs, educating them on the latest Lexus models and technology, and helping them choose the perfect vehicle. Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License.
  • College Degree, High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of direct customer-facing sales experience preferred (automotive or similar fast-paced environment).
  • A great communicator who enjoys helping people
  • Driven to succeed, but thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Eager to learn and grow professionally
  • Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems

Nice To Haves

  • Sales experience is a plus—but not required!
  • Dealership experience is a plus!
