About The Position

Crain Chevrolet of Little Rock is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for automobiles, and a strong desire to help customers find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Passion for cars and knowledge of Chevrolet vehicles is highly desirable.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles and services.
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
  • Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Chevrolet products, features, and promotions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the finance and service departments to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
