Requirements

  • Prior to being employed, applicants for employment must participate in the Dealership’s normal screening process which includes: completing a full employment application; satisfactory criminal, credit and driving records checks (where applicable); in-person interviews and other inquiries.
  • Shifts vary; Dealership operates Monday – Saturday; Scheduling may require weekends before/after business hours.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and sales closing skills.
  • Basic comprehension, problem-solving skills and mathematical skills using American units of measure.
  • High school diploma or the equivalent and authorized to work in the USA for any employer.
  • All applicants must have a current and valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and must be insurable.
  • Physical demands include: frequently position body and move in order to greet clients and explain vehicle features; drive vehicles; traverse dealership property; detect and identify vehicle issues and safety concerns; exert force to move/manipulate objects (up to 20lbs occasionally, 10lbs frequently); operate equipment; repetitive motion.
  • Work is conducted in a multi-level Dealership environment, inside, outside, on public and private roadways, and in proximity to moving vehicles and equipment in a shop environment with potential exposure to varying weather conditions, loud noises and various industrial chemicals.
  • Please note: Employees are trained in protocols, proper material/chemical handling and provided with appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) in compliance with OSHA standards. Employees must strictly adhere to all mandatory safety protocols and PPE requirements.

  • Build long-term client relationships and grow your referral base.
  • Manage the full sales cycle relationship: greet clients, perform test drives, structure deals, delivery, and service after-the-sale.
  • Stay up to date on inventory, features, and promotions to maximize every opportunity.

  • Hit and exceed sales goals to grow both your income and your career.
  • Abide by company policy and departmental best practices and procedures
