Sales Consultants will confidently sell premium mattress/bedding products using a proven selling process and the cutting-edge bedMatch diagnostic sleep system.

Requirements

• Highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants
• Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• A winning team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm
• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs
• Driven, results-oriented individual with a passion for retail and exceptional customer satisfaction

• Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages

Responsibilities

• Leverage the exclusive bedMATCH® diagnostic sleep system, empowering customers to find their perfect mattress based on 18 measurements and personalized recommendations
• Assist in providing exceptional service to customers
• Confidently sell premium mattress/bedding products utilizing a tried and proven selling process and cutting-edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch
• Provide customers with a relaxed, low pressure and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through sleep solutions
• Reset the showroom floor
• Assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles
