About The Position

Crain Hyundai of Fort Smith is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for automotive sales, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in helping customers find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable buying experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles and options.
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
  • Explain vehicle features, financing options, and warranty programs.
  • Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory, pricing, and promotions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet dealership sales goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and legal requirements.
