We’re looking for a driven, consultative Sales Consultant to join our team and grow our presence across Central Virginia and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Growth: Proactively develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business and expand existing client relationships.
  • Own the Customer Journey: Manage client accounts through every phase of the sales cycle — from discovery to proposal, closing, and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with our Design & Engineering team to shape proposals, presentations, and project deliverables.
  • Educate & Advise: Help clients understand the benefits of Livewire’s solutions, empowering them to make confident, informed decisions.
  • Prospect Like a Pro: Use a combination of referrals, networking, events, and outbound efforts to maintain a healthy pipeline and grow market share.
  • Represent the Brand: Be an active participant in local trade associations, with the expectation of holding a board seat in at least one industry group.
  • Stay Organized & Accountable: Leverage CRM tools to track pipeline activity, follow-ups, and progress toward sales goals — regularly reporting to leadership.
