About The Position

Welcome and assist clients visiting our showroom, providing an outstanding customer experience; Conduct engaging product presentations tailored to client needs; Collaborate with the sales team to support clients already in the decision-making process; Address client inquiries professionally and knowledgeably, offering detailed product insights; Assist clients with quotes and provide guidance on next steps in the sales process; Maintain and organize the showroom to ensure a professional appearance; Input client information and track interactions in our CRM system (HubSpot); Stay up-to-date on Crystalia Glass products and industry trends;

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role or client communication is required
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
  • Strong ability to present products and assist with closing deals
  • Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot experience is a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
