Responsibilities
- Process contract cancellations, ensuring accuracy, documentation, and timely communication with all stakeholders
- Serve as a liaison between Sales and Legal departments to support contract reviews, compliance requirements, approvals, and issue resolution
- Monitor and enforce contract compliance, ensuring adherence to terms, conditions, and internal policies
- Maintain accurate and organized records of contracts, amendments, cancellations, compliance documentation, and commission structures
- Provide clerical and administrative support for sales operations, including reporting, data entry, and documentation management
- Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall customer lifecycle management
- Work with the orders team to ensure contracts are uploaded into the system and are accessible
- Perform file audits to identify customers without contracts or who are “at risk”
- Supply COI’s for customers
- Maintain credit checks for new customers
- Work with legal, collection, and operations team to ensure process is followed
