About The Position

The Sales Compensation Business Partner serves as the field-facing liaison for the new Sales Commissions Operations team. This role manages escalations, communicates plan and payout information, delivers enablement, and translates field needs into compliant, operationally viable solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Sales Operations, Sales Compensation, or field enablement/partnership.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance field advocacy with governance and policy adherence
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

  • Serve as escalation point for sales leaders and payees; triage and resolve complex issues with Operations, Governance, and Systems.
  • Communicate plan rules, payout timelines, statement details, and process changes in clear and timely fashion.
  • Deliver training and enablement sessions; maintain FAQs and communications calendar.
  • Gather field feedback; identify pain points and propose process/policy improvements.
  • Provide insights to leadership on trends in disputes, exceptions, and comprehension gaps.
