If this sounds like a team you want to be on, we have an opportunity for you to join us: Reporting to the Sr. Fluke Finance Manager of Sales Compensation and working closely with Finance, Accounting, HR, Sales, and Sales Operations, the Sales Compensation Analyst role will provide support to the Sales Compensation Team, focused on commission processing, reporting, and supporting sales commission plan participants and managers. This role will play a key part in Sales Compensation administration efforts as Fluke integrates new acquisitions and other geographic regions not part of the current scope.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in finance, Statistics, Accounting or Economics.
  • 2–4 years of experience in one of the following areas
  • Compensation analytics
  • FP&A
  • Accounting
  • Proficiency with Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Oracle).
  • Experience with incentive systems (SAP, Xactly, CaptivateIQ, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end monthly commission processing, including data imports, extraction, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Ensure commission systems produce accurate results and maintain data integrity across HR, CRM and other platforms.
  • Administer variable pay programs, prepare commission accrual journal entries, and support accurate submissions of commission payments globally.
  • Support SOX Controls, audit, compensation governance processes, and compliance checks.
  • Conduct regular plan compliance audits and maintain confidentiality of all compensation-related data and documents.
  • Maintain accurate participant-to-plan alignment in partnership with HR, per audit standards.
  • Enhance compensation operations through automation, standard work documentation, and process optimization.
  • Support Sr. Analyst with annual plan rollout and maintain comprehensive compensation documentation and procedures.
