About The Position

As a Manager in Accenture’s Sales Excellence team within Accenture Song’s Sales & Commerce practice, you will help industrial clients transform how they sell, scale, and perform by combining sales strategy, operating model design, capability enablement, and digital execution. You will work with senior client leaders to modernize sales organizations, motions, and performance management, ensuring alignment with evolving products, services, and digital revenue models. This role is firmly front-office focused, working closely with Sales, Commercial, Marketing, Product, and Customer teams. You will help clients transition from traditional product-centric selling to value-based, solution-oriented, and digitally enabled sales models tailored to complex industrial environments.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Excellence, Sales Transformation, or Commercial Strategy
  • 3+ years of experience working with industrial clients (Manufacturing, Automotive, A&D, Logistics, etc.)
  • 3+ years of experience working with Sales leadership and frontline teams
  • 3+ years of experience in client-facing consulting or transformation delivery role

Nice To Haves

  • Experience integrating with Lead-to-Cash, CPQ, CRM, or Revenue Operations initiatives
  • Exposure to digital, solution-based, or services-led selling models
  • Experience designing sales KPIs, dashboards, and incentive structures
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver Sales Excellence transformations across industrial clients
  • Define sales operating models, including roles, coverage, territories, and governance
  • Support new sales motions such as solutions, services, digital, and aftermarket selling
  • Lead initiatives across sales skills, training, and adoption
  • Drive CRM and digital sales adoption in partnership with technology and change teams
  • Enable purpose-driven and value-based selling aligned to customer outcomes
  • Design and implement sales performance management frameworks and KPIs
  • Support incentive compensation and quota models aligned to strategic priorities
  • Build and sustain high-performing sales organizations through enablement and governance
  • Lead workstreams and manage delivery teams across multi-country transformation programs
  • Facilitate workshops with senior Sales and Commercial leaders
