About The Position
JEFF WYLER COLERAIN HYUNDAI IS LOOKING FOR A SALES COACH ! New Facility!! New Opportunity!! “New State of the Art Facility on Colerain Ave" The Sales Coach is responsible for maintaining a well-balanced Used and New Car Vehicle inventory and selling each unit at a maximum gross profit. The Sales Coach establishes objectives for the team and accomplishes them through planning, organizing, controlling, and measuring the performance of the sales team. Must present a professional appearance, display outstanding communication and leadership skills and demonstrate a strong desire to win! Most importantly, must have the ability to lead and coach a team while remaining coachable! Strong coaching, negotiation and presentation talents and skills is a must
Requirements
- Must have a strong background in automotive sales
- 3-5 years minimum sales experience required
- Steady work and performance history
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")
- Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation, and presentation skills
- Must be a strong closer and possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through
Nice To Haves
- Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) experience
