Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive finance or related field preferred.
• Strong mathematical skills, including proficiency in calculating interest rates, loan terms, and monthly payments.
• Knowledge of contract laws and regulations related to automotive sales transactions.
• Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handing objections & negotiating pricing.
• Must be able to pass our company driving policy & valid driver’s license.
• This position requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with title processing procedures is a plus.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the financing and insurance processes for automotive sales transactions.
• Work closely with customers to explain financing options and assist with completing necessary paperwork.
• Calculate and present financing options, including interest rates and monthly payment plans.
• Review and verify customer credit applications and financial information.
• Collaborate with lenders to secure financing approvals for customers.
• Ensure accurate completion of all contract documents and compliance with legal requirements.
• Process title paperwork and coordinate with the appropriate agencies for title transfers.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to privacy regulations.
