About The Position

We are hiring a sales manager / sales coach at our South Tampa, FL Hand and Stone Massage and Facial! We are growing rapidly and are a part of an already successful franchise system with 600 locations across the US and Canada! As our Sales Coach, you will be the heartbeat of our front-of-house sales culture. You will train, motivate, and develop our front desk and service team to confidently sell monthly wellness memberships and gift cards, delivering a seamless and guest-centric experience from the first hello to the final checkout. Your goal is to help our clients understand the value of ongoing self-care while driving consistent revenue growth for the spa.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging sales training programs focused on monthly membership conversion and gift card promotion.
  • Coach front desk associates on consultative selling techniques, objection handling, and upselling wellness services.
  • Set and monitor individual and team sales targets for membership enrollments, renewals, and gift card revenue.
  • Conduct weekly 1-on-1 coaching sessions and group huddles to review performance and celebrate wins.
  • Develop sales scripts, role-play scenarios, and onboarding materials tailored to our spa environment.
  • Partner with the Spa Manager, District Manager and Owner to analyze sales data, identify gaps, and implement action plans.
  • Lead by example on the floor — engaging with guests to demonstrate best-in-class sales behaviors.
  • Monitor membership retention metrics and collaborate with the team on re-engagement strategies for lapsed members.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including close rate, membership growth, and gift card sales.
