About the Role: Scale Sales Team is actively seeking experienced Remote Sales Closers and Setters to join our fast-growing team. You'll be working with pre-qualified, appointment-set leads-no cold calling or prospecting required. Your mission? Close deals with confidence, deliver value, and help our clients transform their business.

Requirements

• International sales people welcome
• Have a proven track record of closing high-ticket sales remotely
• Know how to control the sales conversation with calm confidence
• Are self-driven, reliable, and hold yourself to a high standard
• Can manage your schedule and stay organized in a remote-first team

Responsibilities

• Run sales calls via Zoom or phone with pre-booked, warm leads
• Build trust and rapport quickly to uncover pain points and goals
• Present customized solutions and guide leads toward the best decision
• Overcome objections with clarity and confidence
• Update CRM notes after each call to keep our pipeline flowing
• Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets
