With the Pre-Screened Qualified Appointments provided to you, as well as opportunities to earn DOUBLE COMMISSION for self-generated appointments, HANSONS will set you up for success! AI Tools are also used to improve customer experiences by providing a visual of the completed install during the sales appointment! To be a Sales Closer with HANSONS, experience isn't necessary while previous experience is also welcomed. We provide training to help you develop to grow into leadership opportunities! What We Offer: Paid training provided upon successful completion of product knowledge and sales process training $80k-$150k+ first year average with HANSONS $300k - $400k+/year Top Performer Average Pre-qualified appointments start at a premium commission Double commission opportunities on self-generated leads Weekly pay via direct deposit with 75% of commission is paid upfront and the remaining 25% paid upon job completion Flexible schedule to accommodate work-life balance Use AI tools to provide an easier sales demonstration while also giving five-star customer experience Tools provided to develop and grow into leadership opportunities Ability to sell all HANSONS products (windows, roofing, siding, gutters, gutter protection and bathtubs and showers) HANSONS has a 90% demonstration rate with the pre-qualified appointments provided to you Presidents club opportunities for you plus one to go on a tropical trip every January Sales samples provided for you to be able to demonstrate with the customer(s) What you’ll be doing: Run 1-2 appointments per day, with the opportunity to add more, in a 60-mile radius of the South Bend, IN office. You will be educating customers about our quality products and services, in their home. Use AI tools to provide a visual tool allowing the customer(s) to see what their home will look like upon completion of installation. Will also provide accurate measurements of roofing, siding and gutters safely. Discuss all HANSONS home improvement products. Offer a quote within the customers’ budget while giving you a high commission rate. Able to run soft credit checks with 6 different lenders on one application to see what they are approved for making the financing process a better experience for the customer. Identify customer needs and provide a five-star shop-at-home experience. What we are looking for: The ideal Sales Closer has a competitive mindset to consistently be at the top of the leaderboard. An Entry Level Sales Closer should have a great amount of customer service and/or some type of previous sales experience. Sales Closers are 1099 subcontractors where you’ll provide your own vehicle and iPad for the opportunity. Sales Closers need a strong work ethic and drive to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Requires the ability to move about the customers’ home and in the branch office. Must be able to move items weighing up to 30 pounds Must be able to communicate effectively with staff, customers, vendors, and the public Hours/Schedule: 1099 contracted sales opportunity, 5 days scheduled with pre-qualified appointments. Normal appointment days are Monday - Thursday and Saturdays with Fridays and Sundays available as voluntary days to add to your week or use for flexibility opportunities. Appointment times available are M-F 9am, 11am, 1pm, 3pm, 5pm and 7pm and 9am, Sat-Sun 11am, 1pm, 3pm with flexibility available when needed. Local and statewide travel is required.
