About The Position

Our solutions are used in over 25 countries by thousands of trainers, veterinarians, and institutions to optimize racehorse health, performance, and longevity. Our EQUIMETRE and EQUISYM sensors measure physiological, locomotor, and GPS data during training, while our analytics platforms transform this data into actionable insights. With a primary focus on the trainer segment, we already support leading stables in France, the UK, the US, Australia, and the Middle East. To sustain our rapid international growth, we are hiring a Sales & Client Success Consultant to strengthen and expand our trainer client base. We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Representative & Client Success Consultant to join our US Sales team. As such, you will be responsible for the acquisition of new US customers with a particular focus on racehorse trainers. You will boost EQUIMETRE’s business proposition. This position would be in direct contact with our sales team under the direction of the sales manager. Requirements

  • First experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally with international exposure.
  • Knowledge of the horse racing industry (contacts in the US would be a big plus)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, organizational capabilities, and digital savviness.
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
  • Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target racehorse trainers in US.
  • Generate business opportunities and close new sales on our EQUIMETRE and EQUISYM products.
  • Tailor your pitch to different markets and client profiles.
  • Deliver a smooth and personalized onboarding experience for new clients.
  • Train teams on product usage and data interpretation.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups to maximize value and ensure subscription renewals.
  • Identify opportunities for additional sales (products, subscriptions, services).
  • Recommend solutions to enhance client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Provide client insights and feedback to the product and technical teams to continuously improve our solutions.
  • Represent Arioneo at international horse racing events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our solutions and generate qualified leads.
