Summary: Provide quality customer service and sales to anyone who calls, texts or emails! Performs other tasks related to swimmer's and families experiences as necessary.
Requirements
- Customer services skills are a must
- Prior sales experience required
- Must be comfortable with computers and many platforms
- Must be able to work and thrive in a fast paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Must pass background examinations (included with training)
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- High level computer skills required using Word, Excel and other software systems.
- Lifeguard, CPR/AED and First Aid certification required and will be provided during training.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Two or more years previous customer service, sales and/or administrative office experience preferred.
