About The Position

PuroClean is a leading restoration brand supporting homeowners and businesses impacted by water damage, fire damage, and mold. Our Charleston operation is rebuilding and scaling with a clear standard: integrity is non-negotiable. We serve people on their worst days, so we hire people we can trust. This is a high-visibility role for someone who knows how to develop business the right way, professionally, consistently, and ethically.

Requirements

  • 1 or more years of experience in business development/sales (restoration/insurance/construction/property services is a major plus)
  • Strong communication, follow-up discipline, and professional presence
  • Local Charleston-area familiarity and relationships preferred
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Willing to complete a background check upon a conditional offer
  • Ability to travel locally for relationship-building

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a structured business development plan (daily/weekly activity targets)
  • Develop referral relationships with: Insurance agents and adjusters Property managers and facility contacts Plumbers, HVAC, roofers, GCs, and other trade partners
  • Represent the company at local networking events and industry associations
  • Track outreach, referrals, and conversion metrics (CRM/weekly reporting)
  • Coordinate handoffs with operations/production to ensure a smooth customer experience
