About The Position

NanoMosaic is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales/Business Development professional to amplify the commercial success of its current Cell & Gene Therapy quality control platform. This newly created role follows the Advanced Manufacturing Technology (AMT) designation granted in January 2026 by FDA CBER to NanoMosaic's nanoneedle technology for gene therapy analysis. The FDA CBER AMT designation recognizes the superiority of NanoMosaic's Tessie™ platform and assays over legacy methods and provides tangible regulatory incentives to developers and manufacturers, including enhanced FDA engagement, prioritized regulatory interactions, and the potential for expedited IND and BLA review. Later this year, NanoMosaic will release an expanded portfolio of assays for biomarker quantification to support translational and clinical research. NanoMosaic’s combined offerings will provide unique, synergistic value propositions to pharma, biotech, CRO/CDMO organizations, and LDT/CLIA/core academic institutions. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor within the bioprocessing community, with a demonstrated track record of commercializing platform solutions that support cell and gene therapy workflows. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who will leverage their knowledge of the US customer landscape to promote the Tessie™ platform as a reference method, building on the endorsement of the FDA CBER AMT designation and a growing base of existing customers. The role is based at NanoMosaic Headquarters in Waltham, MA, or remotely, with frequent presence at Headquarters, and requires regular domestic travel.
