We design and manufacture safety and accessibility solutions (ramps, slip prevention products, material handling tools, and more). We’re seeking a driven Sales & Business Development Manager who can confidently manage existing client relationships while also generating new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a healthy mix of account management and proactive outreach—but without the broader strategic responsibilities of a Market Development Manager.   • Prospect and secure new business through outbound calls, emails, networking, and follow-up.
  • Identify potential customers, industries, and product use opportunities.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts with excellent service and timely responses.
  • Recommend custom solutions and prepare quotes/specifications for customers.
  • Close deals across the U.S., Mexico, and Canada.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and activity expectations.
  • 2+ years of B2B or industrial sales experience with demonstrated success in both account management and new business development.
  • Strong prospecting skills and an initiative-taking, self-starting approach.
  • Ability to understand and sell customizable/technical products.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Reliable transportation for occasional local visits.
