The Sales & Brand Growth Consultant (SBGC) supports Operators in growing top-line sales by leveraging brand strategies, insights and best practices to activate market and local level marketing plans that bring the brand to life in their Restaurants and communities. They serve as a trusted, expert consultant who engages with Operators and their teams to help enhance Restaurant performance via tailored sales & brand growth recommendations. The Sales & Brand Growth Consultant must be able to consult to the full spectrum of local marketing activities and opportunities at the Restaurant, while also possessing the skills and dexterity to consult to Operators’ market-level marketing plans.
