About The Position

RESPONSIBILITIES Monitors and contacts sales leads generated by the Dealership Customer Relations Management System Determines customer vehicle needs by listening and asking questions Operates telephone equipment and other telecommunications technologies Follows pre-determined scripts when contacting sales leads via telephone Sets customer appointments for Internet Department Sales Consultants Tracks and inputs customer information into Dealership CRM Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Performs other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS Open availability including evenings and weekends. Clean driving record Valid California drivers license. Ability to obtain a sales license from the DMV. Clean background check.
