Requirements

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls
• Respond to and follow up on all internet inquiries via email and phone
• Make outbound follow-up calls to customers
• Assist Sales Managers with general business development tasks
• Schedule customer appointments with Sales Representatives
• Communicate effectively with customers and all dealership departments
• Provide new customers with a positive first impression of the dealership
