Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service, sales support, or call center role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with sales representatives to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads and follow-up on pending opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to lead generation and appointment setting to management.
