About The Position

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dealership Sales BDC Manager to join our team. As the BDC Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales process for our dealership's internet and phone customers, ensuring that they receive a world-class car buying experience. Your duties will include:

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in Automotive Sales Management or BDC management required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Managing a team of BDC representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets
  • Responding to internet and phone leads in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of our dealership's products and services
  • Ensuring compliance with all dealership policies and procedures
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Participating in training and process development sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge
  • Maintain a positive relationship between the BDC team, sales teams, and dealership management
  • Track customer interactions daily utlizing the dealership CRM tool
