We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales BDC Representative to join our Mazda of Bloomington team. Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer calls
Respond to and follow up on all internet inquiries via phone and email
Make outbound follow-up calls to prospective customers
Schedule appointments for customers with Sales Consultants
Assist Sales Managers with general business development tasks
Communicate effectively with customers and all dealership departments
Provide new customers with a positive and professional first impression of the dealership
