Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a dealership BDC role preferred but not required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of confidence when interacting with the public.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, dealership software, and basic office applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive, energetic attitude with a strong drive to meet goals.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a dealership BDC role preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage high-volume inbound customer calls with professionalism and urgency.
  • Respond to online inquiries and leads through phone, text, and email.
  • Make 70–80+ outbound calls, texts, and emails daily to follow up with sales prospects.
  • Engage with customers in person and over the phone - must be comfortable working with the public and maintaining an outgoing, customer-focused demeanor.
  • Schedule sales appointments and maintain communication to help drive showroom traffic.
  • Accurately update and maintain lead information within CRM and dealership systems.
  • Follow up on internet leads, past customers, and missed opportunities to maximize conversion.
  • Provide information on current promotions, vehicle inventory, and dealership offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to support department goals and customer needs.
  • Track and report performance metrics, such as lead response times and appointment set/kept rates.
