About The Position

We are looking for a motivated and organized Sales BDC (Business Development Center) Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical in managing inbound and outbound customer communications, setting appointments, and supporting the sales team by generating qualified leads.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (phone, email, and text)
  • High energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and basic computer skills
  • Team player with a customer-first mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Previous BDC, call center, or automotive sales experience preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming internet, phone, and chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Schedule and confirm sales appointments for the showroom team
  • Follow up with leads through calls, texts, and emails
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM
  • Coordinate with sales staff to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Execute outbound campaigns to generate new and repeat business
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and sales targets
