Requirements

  • Previous experience in a BDC role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Experience with CDK Eleads CRM software.
  • Proficient in using data mining software to gather and analyze customer data.
  • Strong understanding of customer service techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales goals.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Management: Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads.
  • Customer Communication: Contact potential and existing customers through calls, texts, or emails to set up appointments or provide information about our products and services.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule sales appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
  • Data Management: Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken. Utilize data mining tools to uncover new sales opportunities.
  • Follow-ups: Ensure timely follow-up with customers who have shown interest in our products and services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales staff to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed monthly quotas and other key performance indicators set by management.
