About The Position

As a Sales Associate for Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams Outlet Store, you will be responsible for driving sales through delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will work in partnership with all associates and managers to learn about our product and brand. You will also be pro-active in building and maintaining lasting client relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business.

Requirements

1+ years of experience in retail or home furnishings industry
Proven ability to exceed sales goals
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proï¬cient with current technology i.e. iPads, MAC, PC

Responsibilities

Stay up to date with product knowledge of store offerings
Greet, engage, and educate customers on the features and beneï¬ts of furniture and accessories
Process register transactions accurately and efï¬ciently
Uphold brand integrity through visual merchandising guidelines
Take initiative and have a high-level of ownership and accountability for individual results
Welcomes feedback and adapts behaviors as appropriate
Represent the brand through polished communication, personal appearance and professionalism
