Bob Johnson Toyota has an immediate opening for a hard-working, motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Consultant. This is a full-time position offering performance-based compensation in a supportive, team-oriented environment. We provide industry-leading support and training to build a high-quality workforce while maintaining a professional and collaborative workplace culture.
Requirements
- Ability to multitask and perform job duties without direct supervision
- Valid New York State driver’s license
- Team Player with positive attitude
Responsibilities

- Prospect sales using the company owner base, social media outreach, and service drive customers
- Handle incoming phone and internet leads professionally, persuasively, and promptly
- Complete customer delivery and sales documentation accurately
- Present vehicles, features, and technology confidently and effectively
- Be comfortable presenting and negotiating sales terms
- Obtain all required customer and vehicle information, including trade payoffs
- Work within the dealership’s established sales process
- Obtain titles and lien releases from customers and financial institutions as needed
- Maintain a professional appearance and a clean, organized work area
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
