The Sales Associate's overall responsibilities include providing clinical and customer support in hospitals and procedures, ensuring high-level customer service, sales logistics, technical expertise, and product knowledge. They also support sales objectives, cover cases, and manage surgeon and account relationships within a geographic territory, potentially offering the full breadth of the portfolio, services, and solutions for assigned accounts. Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate its Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes, with the separation anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months.
