About The Position

The e-Commerce Sales Associate at AN Ford Bellevue is responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchase process in a no-haggle sales environment. This involves interacting with hundreds of customers online, over the phone, and in person, responding to leads promptly, answering questions, and providing information to facilitate their transition from initial contact to an in-store experience. The associate will help customers select their ideal vehicle, negotiate terms to align payment options with their lifestyles and budgets, and finalize sales. A crucial aspect of the role is providing exceptional customer service both before and after the purchase, fostering loyalty through follow-ups, and assisting customers in transitioning to the Service department for their ownership needs. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Drive to set and achieve targeted goals
  • Prior sales experience
  • Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • The willingness to follow up with customers
  • Experience and desire to work with technology
  • Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record
