About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you’ll help prepare and serve freshly made Doña Tota products while creating a warm and welcoming environment for every guest. You’ll play a key role in blending OXXO USA’s convenience excellence with Doña Tota’s rich culinary tradition—bringing authentic, flavorful meals to our customers every day. Nice To Haves

One (1) or more years of experience in food service, restaurant, or retail with food handling (preferred).
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Food handler certification (must obtain within required time after hire).

Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and assemble Doña Tota menu items, including gorditas and other fresh food offerings, following company recipes and quality standards.
Ensure all food items are made fresh, properly handled, and consistently presented throughout the day.
Provide excellent customer service—greeting guests, taking orders, answering product questions, and ensuring satisfaction.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain cleanliness in all food prep and service areas.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and temperature control guidelines in compliance with health regulations and company policies.
Assist with restocking supplies, organizing storage areas, and rotating products to maintain freshness.
Handle register transactions accurately and efficiently.
Keep dining and service areas clean, organized, and inviting.
Promote the Doña Tota brand by sharing enthusiasm for authentic Mexican food and providing a great experience for every guest.
