Requirements

  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Must pass background check and hair follicle drug screen.

  • Negotiate and close sales while ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and industry trends
  • Utilize CRM tools to track leads and follow up consistently
  • Collaborate with team members and management to achieve dealership goals
