Requirements

  • Proven success managing sales operations within a luxury or high-line dealership environment.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills- able to motivate and elevate top performers.
  • Deep understanding of customer satisfaction, brand experience, and high level sales strategy.
  • Data driven decision making with a relentless focus on performance and profitability.
  • Demonstrates self-assurance, self-confidence and a strong desire to work in a demanding but rewarding atmosphere.
  • Builds work teams with employee and customer dynamics.
  • Has a strong aptitude for logical thinking, including detailed problem solving skills.
  • Positive references to validate and show team building, training and growth.
  • Strong appreciation and understanding of technology: Paperless workflow and computer literate.
  • Possesses strong leadership skills with a desire and passion for developing employees.
  • Merchandise or inventory management experience, preferably in automotive retail or automotive related industry.
  • Solid sales and service competencies with knowledge of strategies and best practices.
  • 5+ years’ experience as General Sales Manager at a franchise dealership.
  • Valid Driver’s License
