Requirements
- No prior retail experience is necessary.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift to 40lbs, and climb stairs.
- Willingness to undergo training and continued education.
- Project a positive representation of Ace Hardware.
- Available to work a minimum of one shift each weekend.
Nice To Haves
- Home improvement knowledge is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Proactively greet customers warmly and assist them with any inquiries or issues.
- Maintain a clean and orderly store environment.
- Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately as needed.
- Stock merchandise and ensure shelves are well-maintained.
