With over 20,000 boots from top national brands like Justin, J.B. Dillon, Masterson, Harley Davidson, Sterling River, and more, we’re proud to be a leader in the western and work boot industry. What You’ll Do: - Deliver exceptional customer service to create a welcoming and memorable shopping experience - Help customers find the perfect pair of boots with expert product knowledge and friendly guidance - Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing - Work collaboratively with teammates to meet sales goals and elevate customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product features, promotions, and store policies Who We’re Looking For: A people-person with a genuine passion for helping others Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with customers face-to-face A team player who thrives in a fast-paced retail setting Previous retail or sales experience is a plus—but not required Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays High school diploma or GED Compensation & Perks: Competitive hourly wage Opportunity to earn $2–$3 more per hour through performance-based bonuses Generous employee discount If you love boots, enjoy connecting with people, and want to be part of a fun and fast-moving retail team, we’d love to meet you!
Requirements
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds, bending, climbing, reaching, and standing/walking for the entire shift)
- Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation.
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
- Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.
- A people-person with a genuine passion for helping others
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with customers face-to-face
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced retail setting
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or GED

- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus—but not required
