About The Position

Levin Furniture & Mattress is actively seeking Sales Associates for their State College, PA location. This family-owned company prides itself on caring for its employees, customers, and community. Sales Associates are offered a guaranteed pay while they learn and build their clientele, with average annual earnings ranging from $50,000 to $90,000 or more. Top performers have the potential to earn over $100,000 annually. The compensation package includes a generous draw vs. commission structure, with commissions up to 6% plus bonus income. New hires receive paid training with a minimum guaranteed salary of $3,000 per month for the first 90 days. Requirements

Flexibility/availability to work a retail hours/scheduling: includes days, evenings, weekends, holidays and/or special events.
Customer service experience (face-to-face preferred).
Excellent and effective communication and listening skills.
Willingness to learn and the ability to be trained/coached.
Experience and/or proficiency with computerized-based systems and technologies; i.e. Windows, Microsoft Office, POS Systems, digital/mobile devices, etc.

Nice To Haves

Retail/Hospitality/Service industry experience preferred.
Any sales, upselling, marketing, interior design experience and/or education preferred.

Completes all required initial and ongoing sales training programs and attends required store meetings.
