About The Position

SUMMARY To ensure the company culture is maintained by greeting, engaging and interacting with customers to grow new and existing sales and loans. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Greet, interacts and qualifies each customer to determine their individual needs and recommends the appropriate solutions to meet that need. Show the ability to meet and exceed sales/loan goals and other related quota. Keeps work area clean and organized per store and OSHA standards. Performs buying, selling and loan transactions. Handles all cash/debit transactions and negotiable items accordance with established policies, procedures and practices. Answers all incoming phone calls per company standards as well as making appropriate outgoing phone calls with a high level of discretion and professionalism. Effectively communicate pawn/loan/buys/sells company policies and legalities to customers. Communicates and works with all senior staff and managers, displaying respect and professional communication.
