About The Position

This position works in 2 different locations, Hicksville and Melville Long Island SUMMARY To ensure the company culture is maintained by greeting, engaging and interacting with customers to grow new and existing sales and loans. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Greet, interacts and qualifies each customer to determine their individual needs and recommends the appropriate solutions to meet that need. Show the ability to meet and exceed sales/loan goals and other related quota. Keeps work area clean and organized per store and OSHA standards. Performs buying, selling and loan transactions. Handles all cash/debit transactions and negotiable items accordance with established policies, procedures and practices. Answers all incoming phone calls per company standards as well as making appropriate outgoing phone calls with a high level of discretion and professionalism. Effectively communicate pawn/loan/buys/sells company policies and legalities to customers. Communicates and works with all senior staff and managers, displaying respect and professional communication.
